Onebright Group acquires digital mental health platform, Mindstep

Onebright Group Ltd, the UK’s largest privateoutpatient mental healthcare and neurodevelopmental services provider, hasacquired Mindstep, a digital mental health platform, for an undisclosed sum, creatingthe UK’s first digitally led and fully integrated end-to-end wellbeing, mental healthcareand neurodevelopmental service.      

The addition of Mindstep to the Onebright Groupenables the creation of a unique end-to-end continuum of care with Mindstep’sdigital screening, triage and adaptive self-care content supplementing theGroup’s existing clinical assessment, psychological therapy, psychiatry and neurodevelopmentalservices.

Onebright Group can now provide organisations andindividuals access to an always-on digital front door for everyday mentalhealth support through personalised self-care tools and clinically validated mentalhealth assessments. Where appropriate, the fully personalised digital journey canguide individuals directly into the Group’s clinical assessment and mentalhealth treatment services or neurodevelopmental assessment services, or both.

Founded by Dr Aaron Lin and Dr Hamzah Selim, who havethis year been named in Forbes 30 Under 30 for Science and Healthcare, the Mindstepplatform is a Class I medical device regulated by the MHRA.   Dr Linand Dr Selim are continuing with the business and joining the Onebright Groupsenior leadership team.
