Neurorehabilitation at Psicon (NAP)

Neurorehabilitation at Psicon (NAP)

Working in conjunction with NHS providers and Case Management companies, NAP’s specialist team provides a bespoke rehabilitation programme that is carefully considered and defined in relation to each individual’s specific needs.

Whether for an initial assessment or ongoing intervention, our commitment to an interdisciplinary approach enables the holistic support of all individuals under NAP's care.

Effective communication with clients, their families and professionals further ensures that individuals are supported to reach optimum levels of functioning.

Highly Specialist Support

NAP can provide treatment modalities either as a comprehensive interdisciplinary team or through any combination of its constituent disciplines. A weekly team meeting is held on site, at which lead clinicians discuss the progress of all individuals under NAP's care.
