Professionals
Psicon clinicians are available to explore opportunities for joint service delivery, improvement of existing care pathways, designing new clinical services based on need, and collaborative clinical outcomes research.

All Psicon clinicians are registered with their respective professional bodies which include the British Psychological Society and the British Medical Association. Our clinical team comprise clinical and counselling psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists, working with young people, adults and the elderly through a range of service models. You are most welcome to arrange to meet any of our clinicians to share best practice and to explore new innovations.

A rigorous continuous professional development process in place for all our clinicians, through peer review, supervision and further training. Our clinical staff engage in research and in sharing the results of clinical audit with their professional peers.

We use theories from models and frameworks, including systems theories, with emphasis on a biopsychosocial framework when considering individual problems within groups/companies. We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principals throughout the work we do. We use evidence based assessment and rehabilitation strategies and programmes and provide our clients with expert reports (including the dynamics of presenting issues, formally and informally communicating progress in rehabilitation, offering opinions regarding prognosis and identifying solutions).
