Commissioners
We strive to continuously improvement our services to patients, their families and carers, to referring professionals and to the commissioners of our services. Psicon is committed to work with referrers and commissioners to ensure value for money, and to add to patient choice through choose and book, practice based commissioning, and payment by results where appropriate.

We have a rigorous continuous professional development process in place for all our clinicians, through peer review, supervision and further training. We constantly seek client feedback, and arrange regular discussions with our commissioners about service expectations and outcomes.

Our clinical staff engage in research and in sharing the results of clinical audit with their professional peers, and by publishing research findings and new perspectives in professional journals.

Our current commissioners and purchasers of services are constantly working alongside us to ensure that we consider relevant national clinical guidelines, enhance the quality of care for our patients, and anticipate pressures on services. All in all, we live up to our aim ... the effective management, reduction and prevention of mental health issues.

We are keen to meet with any current or potential new Commissioners to explore the needs of our local and regional community, and to demonstrate how we can improve service quality and client satisfaction through our innovative and professional approach to care.
